Program Schedule:


18 – 20:00 Meet Lori. Introduction to Basic Anatomy.


10:00 – 12:00 Module 1: Anatomy in Standing Postures

12 – 14:00 Asana Class with focus on Standing postures, balancing and forward bends

14 – 16:00 break for lunch

16 – 18:00 Module 2: Anatomy in Seated Forward bends

18 – 20:00 Asana laboratory (bring up your personal questions about anatomy in either standing postures or forward bends)


10 – 12:00 Module 3: Anatomy in twists and backbends

12 – 14:00 Asana Class with focus on anatomy for Twists and Back bends

14 – 16:00 break for lunch

16 – 18:00 Asana Lab where you can ask any questions about your personal practice.

Whole Workshop

JYB montly pass holders and Jivamukti teachers, if paid before May 7 – 190 euros; after May 7th – 220.

Early Bird discount before May 7th – 220 euros

After May 7th – 250 euros

One day (Saturday or Sunday) – 100 euros before May 7th, 120 euros after May 7th.

Friday + Sat/Sun – 120 euros before May 7th, 140 after May 7th.

Lori S. Zucker, PT, DPT, MA, CYT has been a physical therapist for over 30 years and a dedicated yogi since 2001. She is primarily a clinician who has been integrating yoga and yogic principles into her practice for many years. Lori has been an adjunct professor at Rutgers University’s physical therapy program for over 20 years helping to bring a clinical perspective to new generations of physical therapists. She was recognized by the APTAnj with an Excellence in Clinical Teaching Award. Lori teaches basic and advanced anatomy workshops for people who want to be yoga instructors or who are interested in enhancing their knowledge.

Olga Oskorbina is founder and owner of Jivamukti Yoga Barcelona which she opened with her husband in 2015. She is an 800 hour Advanced Certified Jivamukti yoga teacher, mentors at Jivamukti Teacher trainings and leads apprentices through their 800 hour apprenticeships.
Olga’s classes are known for their intense but graceful sequences, for her love and knowledge of yoga philosophy and for her attention to each of her students. Her background in dance have provided her with rhythm, dedication and determination. Olga studies and practices NLP and goes to yearly Vipassana courses.
