This is a workshop that provides an adequate attention on learning, preparing and refining Headstand and Forearm stand. Pincha Mayurasana is translated as “peacock feather” or “feathered peacock”. This pose promotes upper back strength, improves balance, ignites the side body, entices focus, develops arm and shoulder strength. Salamba Shirsasana is called the king of all poses as it strengthens your heart muscles, stimulates your head, hence the hormonal system, as well as powers up your digestive system.

This session will explore preparatory sequences for all the necessary parts of the body and then putting it all together, we will investigate how safely and mindfully approach these poses thorough modifications and variations.
