“Living Awake” is a beautiful documentary by Wouter Verhoeven on the tour of the master Thich Nhat Hanh and his mission to invite people to seek happiness in their hearts. This Plum Village film deals with the practice of mindfulness, documenting the journey of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and his community to Spain and his seven young monastics to Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Nicaragua and Mexico. Let us see how the old teachings and the simple practice of mindfulness deeply affect and transform people.
