Yoga is for everyone and should be practiced at any age. Regular yoga classes have great benefits for both physical health and mental clarity as we build strength, stretch, concentrate and breath consciously.
These classes for men and women over 60 are designed for slower pace, gentler movements with use of props, chairs if needed, and will be finished with relaxation and meditation.
We plan to begin these classes in September 2016 once or twice a week.
